How to remove game profile?

Is it even possible?

I’m trying to delete the Dead or Alive 5 profile cause it uses game.exe but another game I want to add uses that same exe name.

Official profiles can’t be removed by design, sorry.

A possible workaround would be to rename the game.exe of your other game and then create a custom profile for that renamed .exe. Renaming doesn’t work for all games, but most should still work when doing so.
