I can't log in with my name and key?

I have just reinstalled Vorpx and I cannot login in with my name and serial key. How can I contact you Ralf with my user name and serial key to prove I have a key? It says it could not succeed when I try to use it, but how do I contact you to give you this information?

Did you check the FAQ above? Please send a mai with your new request code to support |at| vorpx com or to the registration mail address.

I have but I haven’t received my new key after sending the activation code. I’ll send it again.

Please make sure to send and e-mail to the address mentioned in the license dialog.

Do not use the contact form for sending key requests. This will definitely cause delays and in the worst case might even get overlooked completely.
