Install issue

Hi there,
I purchased VORPX a few minutes ago, I clicked on and downloaded the vorpX_Websetup.exe, I click on it, it does a 40 meg download the says “Starting Setup” then the download window closes and nothing happens, I have tried this a few times and the same thing happens every time.. i rebooted and tried again, and the same thing happens.

I ran the vorpX_Websetup.exe via “run as administrator” and I get the message
below in a dialog box.

“C:\users\vr\desktop\vorpx_websetup.exe”

“A refferal was returned from the server”

Hi there,
So I puttered for a bit with the install, and this morning I thought, hmmm maybe safemode with networking will allow it to install, and sure enough it worked. I guess there is something that loads in my startup that doesnt agree with vorpx.

Sounds like a networ kissue. Please check your firewall and or internet security software if you have something like that installed. Also exterrnal fiewalls may cause an issue, e.g. the firewall in your router.
