Iron Lung (G3D) – full vr support

I uploaded a profile for Iron lung.

It Can be played full VR headtracking and the controler to move and turn
or in the cinema screen mode

try to put FOV in the game settings to 80 for a better result in full VR mode

I didn’t find your profile at first so created my own (inferior) profile. Turns out the name of yours is misspelled and showing as Irong Lung.
