    Hi Vorpx

    Bought vorpx yesterday, registered and received a key. Tried to register on Vorpx desktop, but did not accept…
    Please help

    Please make sure that the name and key field look EXACTLY AS SHOWN IN THE E-MAIL.

    The name field has to contain your name followed by the mail address in parantheses like in the e-mail.

    Use COPY AND PASTE to avoid typos.

    The EXAMPLE IMAGE attached to the mail shows how it should look.

    If that does not solve your issue, please send a screenshot of the dialog after you pasted in the data to support |at| vorpx com.
