Local Profiles Missing

    Hello ,

    A friend who has purchased VorpX just phoned me up reporting a weird error. He can not see or access Local profiles nor cloud profiles. The scoll list remains empty, even vpp profiles through the import function dont show up. Several reinstalls did not help, the local profile vpd does exist-

    The only idea i had was that some VC runtimes mightbe missing that prevent from displaying everything properly.

    The man is using Win7 /64 Pro

    Any hints on that ?

    Might be an issue with the DotNet version. The installer is supposed to check that, but maybe that failed for some reason. It has to be 4.6.2, installer is available here.

    BTW: On Windows 10 the correct DotNet version is available per default.

    Oh, i didnt see your posting. Thanks for the hint , Framework 4.62 fixed it.
