I’m getting an error in the installer which says “Downloading one or more additional components failed. Please make sure that Microsoft DotNet 4.6 and the Visual C++ Runtime 2015 are installed.” However, the C++ installer tells me that C++ is already installed, and the DotNet installer says “.NET Framework 4.6.1 or a later update is already installed on this computer.”
You can install it manually, both the 32 (x86) and 64bit (x64) versions are required:
