More Detailed System Requirements (AKA Can my PC run VorpX?)

Hi everyone,
I have just recently purchased an Oculus Rift DK2 and would like to play some games using VorpX. However, the system requirements are vague and no one seems to have my exact specs.

MY SPECS:
AMD FX 8300 Stock
16 GB DDR3 Kingston HyperX Savage Red 1866MHz,CL9 (Dual Channel)
Sapphire RX 460 2GB
Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit

Most games can hit 60FPS on my 1080P monitor. Fastest I’d be able to afford an upgrade would be November, yet I really want to try out some Stereo 3D gaming (If only to show off to my friends). How large is the performance impact compared to a regular display? Am I going to be able to play anything smoothly in Stereo 3D?
