Need m'y registration key!

I have send m’y registration at 2h ago but I dont receive any e-mail this is normal ?
I look into m’y spam but nothing..

Briefly looking at the recent purchases there doesn’t seem to be a purchase with that mail address in the order database of our e-commerce service MyCommerce. Also no such entry in our license database with older purchases.

Are you sure that your order went through? You can verify that in your PayPal/credit card account.
