    I have requested a new activation code via form and later via email, and have yet to receive a response. The email was sent on October 9, 2016. My request code is [code removed]. I eagerly await your response.

    The request code is the same as the one you sent on October, 28, so the key you received then still works. I will resend it to both your mail addresses for your convenience.

    hey i have request many times for new keys but the never arrive and also contact support but not sure i got the right request mail plz resend me a new key best regards
