    Dear support,

    bought your software last weekend but didn’t get any email to my paypal-addresse
    Could you please help me out here?

    Sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunately there doesn’t seem to be a purchase with that mail address in the database of our e-commerce provider MyCommerce who are handling the sales process.

    Please verify in your PayPal account whether you actually have been charged. In the unlikely case that you indeed have been charged, please send your PayPal receipt to support |at| vorpx com. I will then forward the issue to MyCommerce.
