I ordered vorpx earlier today. The order was successful but I did not receive any correspondence from you.
I have no download link or key.
Can you please send me all required info/links to get up and running?
If your order went through, you should have seen a download link on the last page of the order process and shortly afterwards have received two mails from MyCommerce, who are handling sales. So I would guess your order probably didn’t go through.
You can check whether you were charged (which is highly unlikely) in your PayPal or credit card account.
if against the odds you were charged, please contact support |at| vorpx com. This way we can also provide an alternative purchase method if MyCommerce doesn’t work for you.
