No key since 2 days

Hi,
I bought vorpx august 29 , I have had my order number but no email confirmation , I checked on paypal and order has been accepted.
After that I thought it was normal so i sent an email to the support vorpx with the order number ,with my name and my email but I have received nothing after two days .

Apparently there has been some confusion because of the different names and mail addresses that were used for the purchase and the request. Sorry for the inconvenience.

You should have received you key now. If not, please post again here.
