    I have not received my registration code yet and I sent the request over a week ago from the account I used to purchase the product. I may have missed it in my spam folder. Could you resend the code and let me know what email address i can expect it from?


    Your key was sent twice (09/01, 09/07) to your …@…edu address. Please double check your spam folder.

    I resent the key to the address you used to register here on the forum, just in case. If it still doesn’t reach you, please report back here.
