I ordered about 40 minutes ago, pre regestration with the same mail adress as this account. The last page of the order didn’t load and I didn’t receive any mail, according to my online banking the payment was successful.
Your order is marked as “Awaiting Payment” in the database of our e-commerce service MyCommerce. If you used another payment option than Paypal or credit card it may take a while until the money is transferred to MyCommerce.
Once the transaction is complete, you will get a mail from MyCommerce with your download link.
If that does not happen within the next three days, please send a mail to support |at| vorpx com.
