    Been waiting 2 days for key and I’ve got nothing… Am I to ask for a refund or what? I paid for my product and I have no received it, this seems fishy to me.


    Did you follow the instructions in the license dialog and sent the request code that is displayed there to the register mail address?

    Unfortunately there doesn’t seem to be a purchase with your name or the mail address you used to register here in the database of your e-Commerce service MyCommerce, so I can’t check what’s going on.

    If you purchased vorpX using another mail address, please let me know that mail address or – even better – your MyCommerce Order-ID, which will allow us to check what is happening.
