Did you follow the instructions in the license dialog and sent the request code that is displayed there to the register mail address?
Unfortunately there doesn’t seem to be a purchase with your name or the mail address you used to register here in the database of your e-Commerce service MyCommerce, so I can’t check what’s going on.
If you purchased vorpX using another mail address, please let me know that mail address or – even better – your MyCommerce Order-ID, which will allow us to check what is happening.
