I know it says to give 48 hr, but I am impatient and it seems everyone else out there is getting a response turn around time of less than 30 minutes.
I purchased at around 11:00am and it is now 3:00pm.

Normally it should only take a few minutes after doing that. Please make sure to use the same mail address for the key request that you used for the purchase.
If you did that, please also check your spam folder.
Sent request code 2(*3) times. Checking spam folder like a hawk since then.
IS the process automated? Does the information it request need to be in subject line or body? Any special formatting?
*I have also already sent the code in to support@vorpx.com with an alternate e-mail, including all information needed, with the orginal e-mail used to make purchase.
