No Registration Key Received

I have requested a new registration key for my another PC via email, The email was sent on November 18th, 2016. The email address registered here was used for the purchase. My request code is [removed].
No registration key received yet,I eagerly await your response.

Unfortunately there is no database entry with the mail address that you used to register here in the customer database, so I can’t check what is going on. Please make sure to request the key with the same mail address that you used to originally activate vorpX, otherwise the request cannot be processed.

Sorry for my mistake. I sent the request key email from [removed], not from the address i registered here.I registered my first PC from [removed],with the request key [removed].I have requested a new registration key for my another PC,My request code is [removed],but no registration key received yet.

The purchase looks like it was done by an unauthorized Chinese reseller. Please contact your reseller about getting your money back. Unauthorized reselling of vorpX licenses is not allowed, the only legit way to purchase vorpX is purchasing it through our website or official partners.
