Not received a key?

I bought this product, but have been waiting for the key several days already.

I followed the instructions, even contacted support – but no reply so far.

Is this normal?

Normally it only takes a few minutes.

We did not receive an e-mail with the request code from you however. If you did send it, it did not go through. There actually is no email from your mail address at all unfortunately.

Please provide a second mail address if possible, something from a big mail provider like G-Mail would be ideal. If that isnt possible, please post your request code here and I will send your key manually to your …despotes.nl address, hoping it works in the other direction.

All is well, there is an open purchase with a similar mail address (instaaezak…). I considered it to be yours and sent you the key manually.
