    hi,just paid for this and installed it with link provided & it installs ok but wont run ?? i get application error 0xc0000018 ?? how do i manage to get the request code

    This is probably caused by your virus scanner. Try to disable it and see whether that helps.

    hi,it works when i disable my webroot antivirus but i cant leave it off,i sent the request code & the key they sent wont work ??
