i bought the software in 2017 it activated fine now whole new comp cant activate link in dialog only takes me to google home page and ur support wont let me send yall a message this is total bs just to use a program i paid for hope to see some response email master71c10@gmail.com

Not 100% sure whether I understand what you mean, but if you need a new key, please follow the instructions on top of the license dialog and send an email with your request code to the mail address shown there. This code is required to create your new key.
