    i have been waiting for my code for about 24 hours or longer i need my code i sent you emails you are not responding please contact me with my code


    Hello, there is no purchase with the mail address you used to register here in the database of your eCommerce service MyCommerce unfortunately. Not even a failed one.

    If you used another mail address for purchasing, please let me know it, so we can check your order status.

    Apart from that: unless your credit card or PayPal account was charged shortly after the order, which you can verify by checking the account, you can safely assume that it didn’t succeed.
