Good morning, yesterday I paid with PayPal and have been charged on this card: Mastercard number XXXX XXXX XXXX 1592 headed to Simone D.C. but did not receive the key. You know you help? thank you

Your order apparently went through fine and normally you should have received a mail from MyCommerce with the download link and further instructions.

I will resend the link to the mail address you used to register here. Let me know if it still didn’t reach you.
