    Hi there,

    35,69€ has been charged from my bank account but then the process aborted and I got no further.
    Could you please check in your system if my order and payment arrived?
    (I used the same mail-adress as with this account here)

    Your order is marked as “Awaiting Payment” in the database of our e-Commerce service MyCommerce. If you used anything else than PayPal or a credit card to pay, it may take a while until the money is transfered to MyCommerce depending on the payment option you chose.

    Once the transaction is complete, you will receive a mail from MyCommerce with your download link.

    If that does not happen within in the next 48hrs., but you are sure that you were charged, please send a mail to support |at| vorpx com. Ideally with a screenshot showing the charge on your account. We will then forward the matter to MyCommerce for clarification.

    For now I would assume everything is fine though and it just takes a little while.
