Hi,
I bought Vorpx today but did not recieved an Email to download it or a key. I payed for it by GIROPAY and my bank account says -35,69 Euro.
Your order is marked as “Awaiting Payment” in the database of our payment service MyCommerce. If you paid with anything else than PayPal or credit card, it may take a while until MyCommerce receives the money. They will get back to you as soon as it arrives in their account.
If you dont receive a message from MyCommerce within the next 3-4 business days, please send a mail to support |at| vorpx com.
