Purchase Issue

Hi,

I just placed an order and i dont know if my paypal has gone through. I used paypal then went through checkout as normal.

It said something about verifying but i have no email from paypal, from you guys. I dont know what email its going to either as i simply selected paypal check out then it followed the steps. None of which were to create an account or anything.

Can you help me please?

Is it safe to post my order number for you to look into?

If you did not get a mail from MyCommerce with a download link, your order almost certainly did not go through. You can verify that in your Paypal account.

If against the odds you were charged, please send your PayPal receipt to support at vorpx com and we will forward the matter to MyCommerce.

Thank you. I couldnt see it on paypal so i purchased it again via cc and it worked fine.

Ill keep an eye on paypal in case this first purchase pops up.
