Hi!
I bought this 24 hours ago, sent an email straight after. I saw it says it takes up to 48 hours but also saw people got their key straight after sending the email.
I haven’t received the key yet and would love to play some outer worlds VR. Apologies for being impatient. Could you send me the key manually or have I done something wrong? Thanks !
I see a purchase with your mail address but no key request from you yet.
Please (re-)send an e-mail with the request code that is shown when you launch vorpX to the e-mail address that is shown there. Provided your e-mail can be parsed automatically, you should receive your key shortly after.
Alternatively you can use the contact form above under Support > Contact, just in case your mails do not get through. Getting a reply might take a little longer that way though since it is not automated.
I’m sure you have to deal with our incompetence a lot, sorry to bother you and thank you so much for your time and help !!
