I followed the registration instructions to the letter, the key you sent wouldn’t work. I have since sent two emails with a picture of the error message, along with an image of the key and code as it would appear in the application.
The name field in your screenshot is not correct. Please make sure that it looks exactly like in the key e-mail. It has to contain your name followed by the e-mail address in parantheses, just like in the e-mail.
Use COPY AND PASTE to avoid typos.
The example image that is attached to the key e-mail shows how it is supposed to look.
