    I’ve double checked the information on the code and the key are both correct with relation to the email and account, it seems i cannot validate my purchase from two days ago. how should i proceed..?


    Please make sure that the name field looks exactly like in the e-mail. The name followed by the mail address in parantheses. Use copy and paste. Do not type manually.
