registration email

ive sent the e-mail with my name and the request code an hour ago and i still didnt get the key. how long does this usually take?

ive sent the email like this:

request code
——————-
did i do anything wrong?

The mail address you used to register here is not in your purchase database, hence your key request can not be processed. If you used another mail address for the purchase, please let me know that mail address (or your MyCommerce order id).

i thought that doesnt matter because i got the right request code. the purchase e-mail address is different to this mail address because my friend bought me vorpx with his paypal. his email address is [removed] but i dont know the order id cause its on his mail address.

i think i found the order id. tell me if this is the correct one and if i can use this email i sent in the request.
