    I’m having trouble getting my activation key. I’ve sent several emails from my gmail account and all have failed to deliver to the vorpx mail server.

    When I try to contact support, I face the same problem.

    I’m sure you can understand that this is a frustrating situation. Any advice as to what I can do to access my purchase?

    Sorry for the inconvenience. We had an issue with the e-mail server earlier today for a few hours, which should be resolved by now.

    Please resend your activation requests, the old ones probably are lost unfortunately.
