Request code not sending

I just purchased vorpx and got the instructions via email. I downloaded the application and tried to send the email with the request code and the message won’t send. The message that’s the message is blocked. I am using the same email that I bought the vorpx with to send the request code
Is there anyway this can be fixed or the key sent to my email?

Please double and triple check for a typo in the mail address. If you can’t make it work, use the website contact form under Suppoert>Contact in the website mneu. I’ll make sure you get your key despite the ‘Don’t us this for key requests’ hint on the contact form page.
