    So a year or two ago I had bought VorpX and used it with the first Oculus Headset. Now I’ve gotten the Vive but have since expunged all of my old emails and lost the download in the process. Of course I’ve already put my email in to request and resend of the download but I can’t remember if it was either my default email or my alt email. My default email is DMetz101 and the other being DMetz102 so I put them both in one after the other and have yet to receive a download code.

    Unfortunately neither of the two e-mail addresses is registered in our database. Please contact support |at| vorpx com with the e-mail address that you used for registering vorpX originally or – ideally – your MyCommerce Order ID. Thanks.
