I’ve tried running Myst Online (it’s free, if you want to try it) using the profile for Myst V and it works, but apparently the mouse X and Y speeds are not the same in this game, so I can either tweak the sensitivity to have 1:1 horizontal head tracking or 1:1 vertical tracking but not both.
A separate value for vertical and horizontal sensitivity would certainly allow to fix that.
