Requested New link via form, no email

I purchased this product a few months back, my PC since then has been upgraded and i no longer than the installation file.

I have requested a new link and emailed you.

When I am asking for customer service from a product I have paid money for I expect actual communication and not a black hole. The fact you have a download link that expires is insane in the first place.

Please make sure to enter the same mail address into the download form that you used to activate vorpX. The system will ignore unknown e-mail addresses. Please also check your spam folder.

If you did both, and still did not receive an e-mail, let me know.
