Hi, I tested SOMA and here works well but the 3D is flat.
The game is great with the headset.

I would have made a video but it must switch to mirror mod and the video is very clear.
I also tested DOOM 3 and PREY.SOMA even without good 3D is fun to play.
SOMA is amazing and it’s a perfect candidate for a VR game, I hope it gets official support with real 3D at some point.
I don’t understand that SOMA, one of the best games of the past decade, does NOT have a VorpX profile.
Isn’t this game made in Unity? I really hope that someone smarter than me will figure out a profile that works with SOMA. I’d love to play it in VR.
Soma uses a custon OpenGL based engine. While vorpX has G3D support for older ‘fixed function’ OpenGL versions, currently that is not available for modern shader based OpenGL like used by Soma. *Might* happen at some point, but don’t hold your breath for it. There just aren’t enough popular OpenGL games to make this a priority.
