star citizen low fps after..

Hi everybody,
1. I play star citizen and it start with good fps.
After some minutes of gaming the fps drop (unplayable).
if I take off the element the fps go up again , when I return the headset it drop again.

2. Also when the fps is good taking the headset off and back it on the fps drop.

I am using quest 2 link/desktop (the same problem), any one know how to solve this?

Pretty sure Z-Adaptive is broken in the current patch.

G3d still works though but obviously tanks your FPS.

Going from ‘off’ to ‘Z-Adaptive’ shows no image change when I last checked.
