    The vorpx control panel no longer opens. I can no longer see windows with game profiles. I would like to try reinstalling vorpx but first I would prefer to make a backup of the game configurations. How can I do?

    All local profiles are stored in a database:
    C:\ProgramData\Animation Labs\vorpX\Profiles.vpd

    It is not overwritten normally when you reinstall, just updated, but a backup still can’t hurt, of course.

    Your actual issue sounds a lot like a virus scanner problem. Try to exclude the vorpX program folder from scanning: C:\Program Files (x86)\Animation Labs\vorpX.

    Ralf, I just sent an email to vorpX support with attached Profiles.vpd that is crashing my config app.

    If you get a minute to see if it’s fixable that would be great. I hope to salvage many hours of profile work stored in it. Thanks.
