I’ve seen a few Youtubers getting vorpx to work with SCP:CB, but I haven’t been able to get it to work.
I’m aware it’s not officially supported and is also on a fairly weird engine.Best I’ve been able to do is get VorpX to attempt to hook, at which point it says it’s taking a long time and gives me a prompt to quit, install a hook helper, or do nothing. The hook helpers don’t seem to have any effect.
Anyone have any clue how I might get this working?
To answer my own question, the answer is dgvoodo2. dgvoodo2 is how you get this working. Follow their instructions for installing it in the game directory. It does work with vorpX, even with the weird engine. Some tinkering around might be required. I had “Do not optimize game settings” and “Run vorpX control as administrator” switched on when I got it working, but I don’t know if that’s required. Try without these options first if you want!
