Trying to run Canal+ Classic Billar in 3D mode (directx 8)

Hello,

The game Canal+ Classic Billar is an awesome french billiard game (or carom billiard) that I used to play some years ago; It has a fantastic physics and real behaviour.

I’m trying to run it with my Quest 2 headset in 3d, but I cannot make it work; I’ve tried the wrappers “dxvk-2.3” and “dgvoodoo2” to convert the old directx 8 to v11 or 12 with no success. In one occasion, I had been able to attach the process but the graphics are still 2d.

Do you have any ideas ? Thank you.

If this is useful to give any clue about how to run this with vorpX, the program “Canal+ classic billar” came with “directx for windows 95 and 98” and the version for the dxsetup.exe file is 4.6.2.436

I have achieved afterburner to show me the version for the api: DD 4, maybe DirectDraw 4 ?
