Turn around time on orders?

I paid for vorpx and I haven’t received a confirmation email or anything at all explaining how to download the product. Has there been a mistake? I was presuming these transactions were automatic. How long will I have to wait?

As far as I remember, I got the download link on the webpage where I did the purchase. From there, you would download and install vorpx which would then prompt you to send an email with a request code (displayed as a part of that prompt) – doing that led me to receive my registration key within minutes.

If you missed the download link, I would suggest emailing vorpx support.
