Updating to latest version – stuck in a loop

Hi, when I try to run VorpX it downloads the latest version, then nothing happens. If I try and do anything else with the program it just downloads the latest version again. Run any of the config programs just downloads the latest version again and again and does nothing else.

If I try and select Vorpx on the system tray the icon disappears.

What am I doing wrong?

Please try a full install using your web installer. That will probably help.

Also restarting Windows and/or running vorpX as admin may help. Normally the updater should run with admin rights automatically, but maybe that fails on your machine.

If you want to do a full install, but don’t have the installer anymore, you can get a new installer here.
