    I am currently unable to upgrade to the new version of Vorpx. Originally it wouldn’t download at all, then when I disabled my Norton Antivirus that worked.

    However, after the 43mb upgrade download I get an install dialog which quickly pops up and says ‘Rolling back changes’ and then disappears.

    I have tried running as Administrator but that doesn’t help.

    What can I do to fix the issue?

    Not to worry – I rebooted and tried again and it worked. I am guessing a file was locked. In the future is there any way of seeing a log when failure occur?
