usb 3 not working

    I just did windows 1903 update and now my hmd stopped working and it says my usb is
    not strong enough . IN device manager it shows usb 3 as disabled. Every time I try to setup it says usb is overcharged and disables it. I have a gigabyte gaming 5 mtbd
