Use with Portable Cinema Headsets (like Goovis Cinego)?

Hi. I was wondering if I could expand the use of VorpX beyond my Oculus Quest… sometimes the headset is just too “hot and heavy” to climb into late at night :). Can VorpX be used with Personal Cinema Headsets like the Goovis Cinego to create a stereoscopic “flat screen cinema” experience? I have used stereoscopic video players with Cinego with great success, so I thought it might be possible to have a driver like VorpX to split the game UI in much the same way and experience a good stereoscopic play in the lightweight Cinego headset, like it can do in Cinema mode in the VR Quest headset. Any thoughts or experience with this?

There is a „Generic Headset“ and also a „Generic 3D Display“ mode that display the final Images on the desktop instead of sending them to an Oculus/SteamVR headset. You can select these in the config app (‚General‘ page).

If you can use stereoscopic video players with the Cinego, one of these might/should do what you want, I think.
