Vorpx installer won't run

Wondering if anyone else has run into this issue…
I can’t get the vorpx installer to run. I’m on Windows 10, and when I run the installer app, it looks like it’s launching, then nothing happens.

I’ve tried:
-disabling my firewall
-Disabling anti virus software
-Run as admin
-checked to make sure I have .net framework

If anyone has any insight as to how to get this application installed I’d greatly appreciate it. I’ve emailed support twice, but yet to hear anything…

If you use any other AV software than Windows Defender, please try to uninstall it. Some of these programs don’t really allow their users to disable them.
