    Hi Folks,

The VorpX keyboard shorcuts are not working for me.

I’m trying to get VorpX to work with my Oculus Quest 2 via SteamVR and Virtual desktop. Vorpx appears to be linking into the games(The VorpX logo appears on the splashscreen), I can see the game in flat screen within SteamVR but pressing the <delete> key to get the menu does nothing. <ctrl><alt> and <shift> doesnt remove the starting message either.

So far I have tried the Sims 4, Aliens: Colonial Marines (Which is supported?) and Neverwinter Nights (Via a public profile).

Any suggestions? Have I missed an installation step?

    Thanks in advance.

Please try without SteamVR and Virtual Desktop. They are not required and just add two unnecessary layers between vorpX and the headset.

    1. Close SteamVR and Virtual Desktop
    2. Select ‘Oculus’ as your headset type in the vorpX config app.
    3. Start the Oculus PC software
    4. Connect your Quest with an USB cable to your PC or use Oculus Air Link for wireless transmission
    5. Enable Oculus Link/Air Link in your Quest

    Hi Ralf, thanks for replying.

I tried that, still no luck. Using Aliens: Colonial Marines, A step further the menu system appeared in 3d with the image fixed to my headset.

I could use the keyboard or mouse to select options in the game, just. But no Vorpx Menu.

The only other thing that comes to mind is that maybe the game doesn’t have input focus. Try to click its window to make sure it runs in the foreground.

Also please check whether you maybe have some keyboard related tools/utilities running that might interfere. If so, please disable/remove them.

I shall play further. Odly, Aliens:Marines keeps reloading when I turn it off. But I dont think thats a vORPS PROBLEM.
