VorpX not installed properly. re-installed multiple times

So I have installed VorpX on another machine and registering it has worked fine, but whenever i try to launch it at all, it says i need to reinstall it because vital files are missing. I have done this a few times and still no luck, just the same message over and over again. Are there any other files that are installed to the system I may be missing?
