VorpX purchase problem

i bought VorpX but after 24 hours i still got no e-mail, not even a receipt from payment, however the money has been deducted from my bank

Your order is marked as “Awaiting Payment” in the database of our payment service MyCommerce, hence they did not send you anything.

if you used anyhing else than Paypal or a credit card, it may take a while until they receive the money. If you do not get a confirmation from them within a few days max, please let me know.
