Vorpx starts and shuts down

My friend have bought your programm, and i helped him to setup it,
but now we have some trouble.
We registered your program and after it we tried to start it.
But nothing happens. There’s no vorpx in tray. Vorpx Control starts properly, but when i click “apply” or “apply and close” buttons vorpx icon shows in tray but when i try to start(for test) your another app “virtual desktop” we see the message that before this we should start the vorpx, and the icon goes away from tray.
It looks like vorpx didn’t start. What should we do?

I have the same problem. Any tips?
Win 8,1, new version – 16,2.
I need to reinstal vorpx after format and reinstal. Old version Vorpx worked fine before this.

Sounds like a possible virus scanner. Please exclude the vorpX program folder from scanning. If you didn’t change the vorpX install location, the folder to exclude is: C:\Program Files (x86)\Animation Labs\vorpX

Please create a trouble shoot data archive in the vorpX config app ans send that to support |at| vorpx com. Thanks.

There aren’t many reasons for something like that besides an antivirus or security software blocking vorpX. Without further information it’s impossible to give any specific advice.
